Abstract

Nonaka and Takeuchi's knowledge management model has been widely used in various disciplines to understand how knowledge is created, shared and used in organizations. However, investigating the relationship between knowledge management and the physical properties of nanofluids is an untouched and new field that can attract the attention of experts in the field of nanotechnology. In this study, an interdisciplinary approach is proposed by relating the physical properties of the new nanofluid viscosity of MWCNT-Fe3O4(40%-60%)/EG with Nonaka's knowledge creation model. which integrates insights from both engineering and management fields to gain a deeper understanding of knowledge creation and sharing processes. The findings of this study show the potential of this approach to increase researchers' understanding of complex systems in engineering industries and improve organizational decision-making. Also, the experimental results of nanofluid viscosity were analyzed statistically using the response surface method and the fifth order correlation was suggested. Finally, the results were optimized under conditions of maximum cutting rate and minimum temperature and viscosity.
